• August 2018 - First pallet
• December 2018 - Full installation complete

Unique features:

• The worlds first high-speed D&I aerosol can line
• First light weight D&I aerosol cans in the Americas
• Utilized principles from beverage canmaking, combined with some traditional aerosol can making technologies for this unique solution for high volume, light weight aerosol cans

Line capacity:

• Installed line - 600 CPM (220 million cans/year)
• Expandable to 1200 CPM (440 million cans/year)

Project scope:

This was a full turnkey project where Stolle was responsible for providing:

• Can line design and engineering
• Project management
• Production equipment
• Design for ancillary equipment
• Mechanical and electrical Installations including:
  • Pipework
  • Electrical LV and distribution panels
  • Electrical cable trays
  • Electrical cables
• Startup and commissioning of the can line
