CS 3000

The Stolle CS-3000 EOE Conversion System is a revolutionary new design for the high speed production of easy-open ends.  By significantly reducing press loads and stroke height, Stolle was able to increase the speed to 1000 SPM while maintaining product quality.  This means a 3-lane CS-3000 has the same production capacity of a much larger 4-lane Tetrad system in a smaller and lighter profile.  The CS-3000 has been designed with modular tooling and lane assemblies that are easier to remove and service.

Digital Decorator

The Stolle Digital Decorator gives canmakers the versatility to print high quality customized graphics on cans in short-run production.  It features ink jet printing technology designed in cooperation with INX International which can print up to 720 by 1000 dpi at production speeds up to 60 cans per minute depending on the can size and print resolution.

Vector Vertical Bodymaker

The Stolle Vector Vertical Bodymaker replaces 2 standard horizontal bodymakers in less floor space, and is capable of producing more than 750 cans/minute (depending on can size).  The vertical ram motion eliminates droop and produces more consistent can quality, while making can size changeovers (height and diameter) faster and easier.  The Vector uses traditional cups, making it an easy choice to retrofit it into existing can lines.

Ram Guidance Technology

Stolle's Ram Guidance Technology eliminates many issues  of traditional bodymakers resulting from the horizontal ram.  The ram guidance cartridge has been eliminated, which means no more oil and coolant crossover contamination.  The shorter ram has a tension rod that eliminates ram droop and drift, which virtually eliminates third ironing ring tear offs and greatly improves bodymaker operating efficiency.
