Field Service Engineer Stolle
Machinery Company, a world-class manufacturer of two-piece can
machinery & high speed equipment, is seeking highly motivated and
experienced Field Service Engineer at their Centennial, CO facility.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging
environment and must be willing to travel.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide technical service and installation
of high speed packaging equipment. Including machine start-up,
overhaul support and general machine maintenance.
- Provides training and technical support to
customers, both in person and over the telephone on machine
performance issues. Includes hydraulic air and mechanical systems.
- Ability to assemble precision parts with
tolerances of .0005” and ability to work from blue prints.
- Operate overhead cranes.
- Ability to understand design intent and
function of assemblies built.
- Recommend OEM spares and technical sales
information to customers and support the sales department with
information to generate new sales.
- Provide Engineering and Assembly departments
with recommendations for product improvements.
- Meet customer performance and delivery
timelines.
Minimum Qualifications:

1 year previous experience with complex mechanical assembly that
requires blue print reading

1 year required maintenance and troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of hydraulic air and mechanical systems

Up to 70% travel domestic/international (required)

Must be ready to travel with less than 24 hours notice

Valid passport and drivers license

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational
capabilities
- High School diploma/GED
- Preferred AAS Degree in Auto mechanics
(electrical/mechanical)
- Some basic hand tools may be required
