Stolle Machinery Company, a world-class manufacturer of two-piece can machinery and high speed equipment, is seeking a proactive leader in the systematic formulation and timely execution of global sourcing strategies for purchased components, sub-assemblies and finished products at our Centennial, Colorado corporate headquarters.

The ideal candidate is a demonstrated high potential, self-starter capable of handling multiple assignments with a high degree of initiative, accountability and accuracy.  This person requires minimal daily direction and has demonstrated positive success working cross-functionally with key suppliers and internal staff at all levels.  This individual has a demonstrated ability in building, expressing and reinforcing a credible and measurable total cost sourcing vision across the company and the supply base. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum four-year college degree, advanced college degree preferred.
• 10+ years strategic sourcing and supply in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in advanced supplier, staff and commodity team integration.

• In-country global sourcing experience emphasizing Asia, Eastern Europe or Latin America.

• Advanced negotiation experience including supplier core competency assessments, performance agreement development and surveillance, documented commodity strategies with cost input analyses and forecasting, benchmarking and scorecards. 

• Formal lean manufacturing experience or training. 

• Electronic supply and ERP processes such as IFS or Oracle.

• Excellent communication skills with mathematical analyses and executive summaries.

• Demonstrated success leading and managing multiple and potentially unrelated tasks.

• Willingness to travel 20 – 50%, domestic and international.
• Machining, tool and die shop or electrical strategic sourcing experience preferred.

• Actual personnel leadership experience highly preferred.

• Lean Sigma project leadership background with either a green or black belt credential or potential preferred.
